Internet Accessibility

Parschkovsky sees great importance in making its website accessible to people with disabilities. An accessible site improves the comfort and ease of use for people with disabilities. The site is built in accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013, and the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, level AA.

Here is a description of some of the actions taken as part of making the site accessible:

  • Accessibility Menu: At the beginning of each page, you will find an accessibility menu that allows you to:
    • Change the font size.
    • Change the color contrast.
    • Jump directly to the page content, main menu, and search using the keyboard.
    • Stop the movement of texts and images to reduce overload and distractions.

All actions on the site can be performed using the keyboard in the following way: Pressing the Tab key moves to the next link, and pressing the Enter key activates the link. Pressing Shift-Tab moves to the previous link.

Adjustments for Blind Users

  • The site is adapted for users who use screen reader software.
  • The site includes:
    • Headings
    • Alternative texts for images
    • Division of the site into navigation areas and a central content area, with the ability to skip between them
    • Use of ARIA to enhance the interpretation capability of the screen reader.

Limitations to Accessibility and Inquiries about Accessibility

We continue to invest significant efforts in making the site accessible. However, there may be parts of the site that are not yet accessible. If you encounter a problem or have a comment or question, we would be happy if you would write to Kobi Sarusi or send a letter to Moti Kedar Street 10, Rehovot, Zip Code: 7638519, Tel: 039561889.
