Ben Shemen | Lod
Nofey Ben Shemen is a new neighborhood located between Moshav Ben Shemen and the city of Lod, in a pastoral environment offering an excellent location and advanced urban planning. The neighborhood is planned as modern and sustainable and is characterized by advanced urban planning with great emphasis on residents and pedestrians. Planned adjacent to Nofey Ben Shemen is the Nehalim Park, a vast urban park on the banks of the Gezer River on an area of about 180 dunams (44 acres) that will serve as a leisure and recreation center for all residents of the city and the region. The complex will include the construction of a large ecological lake alongside an amphitheater immersed in nature. More parks, commercial and employment areas, public and educational institutions are planned for the benefit of the residents.

The planning vision is to create a diverse and active residential neighborhood, with green appearance, urban spaces, and urban nature. Plans for this neighborhood include green versatile streets and routes, and an array of walking strips, bicycle paths and public landscaping. In this promising neighborhood located first line to the lake and the park, Prashkovsky is building a project designed by renowned Bareli-Levitsky-Kassif architect company. The project includes spacious 4 to 5-room apartments and large penthouse apartments.

The neighborhood will include around 4,500 apartments, of which the company will build 352 apartments in four residential towers as well as commercial space for rent. Two buildings expected to include 286 housing units are designated for long-term rental housing (15 years), of which 50% of the housing units are at supervised rents for those eligible.
